Nitro 2023 Brendan Gothrup has committed to Lincoln Trail CC to play baseball under the direction of Head Coach Kevin Bowers. Gothrup is, as Coach Burns calls him, “A Swiss Army Knife. Brendan can, and has played all over the field for us. Very lucky to have a guy with his defensive flexibility.” Gothrup is a 6’3′ 180# multi-sport athlete at Harrison High School, who also played football at a high level. He comes from an athletic family (his older brother is a pitcher at Western Kentucky, and he has a younger brother who also excels in baseball). Brendan is the son of Jason and Megan Gothrup.
