Coach Ulrich has played and been actively engaged in the game of baseball for more than 30 years. He played collegiate baseball (Catcher) at the University of Michigan and earned his varsity letter in 2006. Throughout the years, he has coached the game at various levels, including youth travel, youth recreational, private lessons, and as a volunteer High School assistant. Coach Ulrich strives to teach the game with the highest level of integrity, sportsmanship, and excellence possible. He aims to provide young players with tools and techniques to improve their fundamental skill set and knowledge of the game, while simultaneously instilling a sense of hustle, positive attitude, focus, and respect. His goal is that each player reaches their fullest potential on and off the diamond and maintains their passion to keep playing this great game. Coach Ulrich has been a practicing Architect in the Indianapolis area for over 15 years, and currently lives in Carmel, IN (Westfield School District) with his wife, Hilary, and two sons, Nolan (10) and Lincoln (7).
