Seth Soja
This will be Coach Soja’s 8th year of coaching youth baseball, but 1st year coaching in the Indiana Nitro organization. He is excited for the opportunity to coach in the Nitro organization. His philosophy is to provide an opportunity for youth baseball players to develop their skills and create a learning environment that is constantly challenging and enjoyable. He has also coached football and basketball during the fall and winter months. Coach Soja graduated from DePauw University with a degree in Economics and obtained an MBA before beginning his career in the Internal Audit/Internal Controls field. He and his wife, Jessica, are proud parents of three children and currently live in Zionsville.
