Nitro 2025 RHP Jacob Stenger Commits to Earlham College

By Michael Adkins

Another playmaker in our 2025 class has earned an opportunity to continue playing at the next level! Jacob Stenger, a current senior and right-handed pitcher at Oldenburg Academy has committed to Earlham College, an NCAA Division III institution in Richmond, IN that competes in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference. Earlham College was eager to add Stenger to their pitching staff in the 2025 class after numerous strong outings this past spring and summer. Given Stenger’s strong work ethic and 6’3” build, he is just scratching the surface of his pitching potential. Despite the great success that Stenger has accomplished, his best days of baseball lie ahead and we couldn’t be more excited to watch his career unfold. Stenger, the son of Mark and Ann Stenger, has decided that he will pursue a degree in Business Management while also competing on the mound for the Quakers. Earlham College will be gaining a great player and an even better young man come the Fall of 2025!
