Coach Catt currently has 3 years of coaching experience and is in his first year with the Nitro organization. He grew up in Franklin, Indiana and attended Ball State University where he holds a degree in Finance. Known for his player-first coaching philosophy, he emphasizes fundamentals, mental toughness, team accountability. Along with baseball, he also coaches football and basketball. He currently resides in Westfield with his wife Ashley and 2 children.
