Indiana Nitro, a Perfect Game Super 25 organization, is pleased to announce our expanded Fall Baseball Program this year, geared for elite players looking for a top-flight experience that will enhance their development and propel their recruitment.
This program will compete at the highest levels, much like our summer teams, with a regional emphasis and a national presence. Players will be selected from current Nitro teams and future prospective teams, along with other top area players. This program is a separate commitment from our regular Nitro summer teams.
Initially, this program will target 2020’s, 2021’s and select 2022’s. Indiana Nitro is planning to field two teams this fall.
The Nitro Fall Program will be coached by Chris Poland. Poland’s background includes:
- Current 18U Nitro Head Coach / Former 12U Nitro Coach; winning multiple tournaments, including the Cincy Spikes.
- Experience with regional and national programs including the Cincy Spikes, SF Giants Scout Team and Team Indiana.
- Chris’s son Jared was a 34th round pick of the Boston Red Sox and is a current player at University of Louisville.
- Chris has a great deal of experience in skill development, the college recruitment process and elite Fall Ball programs.
Chris will begin building the Nitro rosters this weekend at tryouts with separate evaluations at these age groups. We will add supplemental tryouts as needed.

- September 8 – Grand Park, Westfield, IN; PBR Fall Championships
- September 22 – South Bend, IN; Fall Prospect Wood Bat
- October – Ft. Myers; WWBA qualifier
- October – Select DH’s
- October 20 – Grand Park, Westfield, IN; Wood Bat Nationals
