Jace Burton has found his collegiate home. He will attend Indiana State University under the direction of Head Coach Mitch Hannahs and Infield Coach Brian Smiley.
Burton chose Indiana State over several other D-1 schools, citing “I really like the way they develop their players, and I really connected with the coaches.”
Burton attends Silver Creek High School and plays for legendary coach Joe Decker. He was named to the IBCA All-State team this past year as a junior, and has played in the Prep Baseball Report Futures Games. Burton is the son of Kristie Burton-Niemann (Bill Niemann) and Tadd Burton.
