This will be Coach Soja’s 9th year of coaching youth baseball and 2nd year coaching in the Indiana Nitro organization. He is excited for the opportunity to continue to coach in the Nitro organization. His philosophy is to provide an opportunity for youth baseball players to develop their skills and create a learning environment that is constantly challenging and enjoyable. He strives to ensure that his team grows as players both on and off the field. He has also coached football and basketball during the fall and winter months. Coach Soja graduated from DePauw University with a degree in Economics and obtained an MBA before beginning his career in the Internal Audit/Internal Controls field. He and his wife, Jessica, are proud parents of three children and currently live in Zionsville.
