John has been coaching travel and youth baseball for 28 years. Developing young men as well as players is at the core of what Payne is interested in achieving for the 13U Cardinal Team. Payne and his coaching staff are fortunate to have several high school Nitro Players that will be working the 13U Cardinal Players with their hitting, pitching, and fielding throughout the year. “The amount of work the kids put in during our off-season workouts really helps drive how quickly they see that effort translate to success on the field during the season.” Payne and his wife are parents of 8 and live in the Indy/Metro Area.
