Nitro 2016 alum Matt Gorski from Indiana University has been named a 1st Team All-Big Ten selection.
The sophomore Outfielder led the Hoosiers in hitting with a .363 batting average while also belting a team high 73 hits in 54 games.
Gorski also had 13 doubles, 3 triples, slugged 8 home runs and drove in 39 RBI’s, while scoring 39 runs.
He stole 19 bases in 22 attempts, had a .577 slugging percentage and a .415 on base percentage. He was also flawless in the field with a 1.000 fielding percentage.
